Student’s Supplies:All students are expected to have
supplies with them for every class.The
Lab will not keep any students supplies while the student is not in
class. Students will take their supplies to and from the Lab
– this includes their boards and magazines.
Even though the best attempt to hold items left as an oversight, the
Lab is not responsible for any supplies that are left by the
student.
Tuition:
A
non-refundable Annual Membership is due
at the time of registration and must be renewed the beginning of every
school year. See makeup policies for unattended
classes. Proration of fees and or credit will
not be given for any unattended classes.
Tuition is to be paid on the 1st of every month.
A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed for payments received after the
8th of the month. If tuition is not paid by the 20th of the
month, the student may not be allowed to attend class until tuition is
paid.
Returned Checks:
There will be a $10.00 service charge in addition to a bank service
charge on any returned checks. All returned checks must be
cleared with cash or money order.
Make-up policies:
If a class is missed for any reason the student can come to the next
available class. Pro-ration of tuition or credit will
not be given for any unattended class. If we
are closed due to inclement weather the make-up policy
applies. No refunds will be given.
Withdrawals:
Any student enrolled will be required to give a 30 day notice in
writing by email or written note. Telephone
conversation does not count as formal documentation for withdrawal of
student.
Lab Policies: Classeswill stop 5 minutes before the
end to
allow for students to clean their work space for the next
class. All beverages and snacks will be disposed of in the
main (large) trash can only.
